Finance Manager

In your role as Finance Manager at SP Maskiner, your responsibilities will vary from accounts receivable and reconciliations, bookkeeping, to operational support and preparation of annual financial statements. You will be responsible for ensuring that both details and the overall quality of the accounting are high, and that internal routines, processes, and system support are appropriate. You will be an important sparring partner with the company's management and CEO to drive the business forward. In addition, you will assist with our projects and in developing our routines within the finance function. SP Maskiner is part of Lazarus Industriförvaltning AB, which also includes the forest machinery manufacturer Eco Log. You will report to SP's CEO but collaborate with finance departments from both Eco Log and the parent company. Main Responsibilities: Invoicing, payments, and customer reconciliations Accounts payable and payment files Ongoing accounting Monthly and annual financial statements and consolidation Tax and VAT management Following up and providing support to management Programs you will work with daily are Excel, Monitor, Aaro, and Kontek. Experience with these is a merit. About You We are looking for someone with a degree from a university or college in accounting or finance. You have several years of experience in accounting and have years of relevant experience in similar work and are confident and independent in your role as a finance professional. You have a good understanding of how the flow works throughout the entire accounting process and thrive working in an organization with deadlines for accounting and reporting. It is a merit if you have previously worked as a finance professional in a medium-sized manufacturing company. Your personal qualities are crucial to how well you will thrive in the role at SP. You maintain a high level of service and are driven to help colleagues and managers. Being independent and able to work in a structured manner and take responsibility for your tasks is essential to succeed in the role. You will have daily contact with managers and employees, so we see that you are a person with strong social competence and good collaboration skills who enjoys helping others.
