Finance Manager

Nordicgoods AB is an established trading company in the tobacco industry and part of Nicom Group AG. We are now looking for a full-time Finance Manager who wants to become an important part of our operations. The role encompasses overall financial responsibility for Nordicgoods AB as well as financial management for our affiliated companies VK Nordic AB, Nordic Fastighets AB, and Estremo AB. Responsibilities: As Finance Manager, you have overall responsibility for the company's finances and work closely with management. Your tasks include: Bookkeeping of ongoing business transactions Management of accounts payable and accounts receivable Account analysis and reconciliations VAT reporting and excise tax declarations Monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Liquidity planning and financial reporting Contact with auditors, banks, and authorities Budget work and financial follow-up Support to management on financial matters Contribute to ensuring good internal controls and compliance with financial guidelines and regulations Payroll administration including taxes and social contributions Qualifications: We are looking for someone who: Has relevant education in finance or equivalent experience in bookkeeping and financial management. Has strong knowledge of the Office package, especially Excel. Experience with business or accounting systems is a plus. Is thorough, organized, and takes responsibility. Enjoys working both independently and in a team. Has good communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Employment Terms: We offer: A permanent full-time position.
