The Education Department in the City of Mölndal is responsible for upper secondary education, adapted upper secondary education, adult education, study and career guidance, municipal vocational college, and the municipal activity assignment. Our vision is to be a leading education provider with an attractive range of high quality. This means developing a modern and competitive upper secondary and adult segment as well as a vocational college in close cooperation with local and regional working life. One of our most important tasks is also to create opportunities for young adults to establish themselves on the labor market.
Campus Mölndal is a meeting place for all adult education within the City of Mölndal. We offer professionally oriented and work-based education in close cooperation with the business community and with modern pedagogy where student results are at the center of learning. We offer adult studies at all levels - from courses equivalent to compulsory school, to post-secondary level in the form of vocational college.
We are now looking for a skilled finance administrator with a service focus. The position is at 80% and a temporary assignment until 2027-11-30.

RESPONSIBILITIES
As a finance administrator, you will be responsible for both financial management and some school administration. The focus of the position will be on financial forecasts and financial follow-ups as well as ordering, invoicing, posting, and more.
The position involves close collaboration with the Administrative Finance Manager and includes preparing materials for the operational area's forecasts and follow-ups as well as cooperating on financial matters with both your own and other departments.
In your role, you work together with our administrators at Campus Mölndal's various workplaces as well as with rectors and unit managers.
The position also includes:
• Ongoing work with contract compliance for the department's distance education companies.
• Responsibility for materials for decisions regarding inter-municipal compensation for all school forms within municipal adult education as well as forecasts. Preparing statistics and analyses of student results and reporting back on student results are ongoing tasks.
• Contact with suppliers and internal support to colleagues regarding financial matters.
• Being a contributing and inspiring part of the administrative unit.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone with financial training at least at the vocational college level and experience in administrative work with a financial focus. We would like to see that you have knowledge of the laws, regulations, and other conditions that govern public administration.
The work requires you to be organized, quality-conscious, and good at collaborating and communicating. You have extensive experience working with digital tools/systems and see the opportunities to use them. You are accustomed to working independently and have an easy time expressing yourself in speech and writing. It is important that the person we hire is stress-resilient, thorough, and organized, and can streamline the work in a good way. As a person, we find it valuable that you are service-minded and have a professional demeanor.
It is an advantage if you have:
• experience with municipal adult education and municipal finance
• experience with the student administration system Edlevo
• experience with the financial systems Unit4 ERP and Hypergene
• experience with procurement and ordering according to the Public Procurement Act (LOU)
