The position is located in the E-commerce and Supplier Invoice unit within Economic Services. The unit's main mission is to handle incoming supplier invoices and e-commerce administration for the entire Västra Götaland Region. Staff members are located at three sites, and the unit is part of Economic Services, which also includes support and development, accounting, customer and patient invoicing, healthcare provider services, and medical transport. The position is based at the office in Vänersborg where approximately one hundred employees work. We work process-oriented and strive for continuous improvements through structured work methods. Together we contribute to creating efficient administrative processes that support operations throughout Västra Götaland Region. Job Description As an economic administrator, you are part of the supplier invoice team that works in a team-based approach with various administrative accounting tasks. In this role, you manage supplier invoices in the accounting system Raindance and the invoice system Visma Proceedo. The work also includes scanning and verification of supplier invoices. You support suppliers and departments within Västra Götaland Region by offering assistance with invoice-related questions. Improvement work is part of our daily routine and we work to identify areas for development from a holistic perspective. Together we come up with constructive solutions and contribute to implementing improvements in operations. Qualifications We are looking for someone who is motivated to provide excellent service and who wants to contribute to our shared mission with efficient and high-quality support services. To succeed in this role, you need to: - Take initiative and work both independently and together with others - Have strong communication skills - Have a service-oriented approach - Work goal-oriented and carefully and enjoy structure You also have: - At least one year of post-secondary education in accounting or high school education combined with equivalent work experience - Good IT skills and experience learning and working in different systems - Strong ability to communicate in Swedish both verbally and in writing Meritorious if you have: - Experience working in accounting systems, preferably Raindance and/or Visma Proceedo - Experience providing support - Knowledge of Västra Götaland Region's processes within accounting Recruitment Process In this process we do not request a personal letter.
