Finance and Accounting Coordinator at Ramo AB

Would you like to work broadly with finance and at the same time have the opportunity to develop and take on more responsibility over time? Ramo AB in Värnamo is looking for a finance and accounting coordinator who wants to become an important part of our operations. We're looking for someone with experience in finance work and who feels confident independently managing your tasks. You don't need to be a finance manager today, but we would like to see that you have the ambition to develop and eventually be able to take on greater overall responsibility for the finance function. About the Role You will have a broad and varied role where you work closely with the CEO, colleagues, customers, and suppliers. Your responsibilities will include: Ongoing bookkeeping Customer and supplier accounting Invoicing and payments Account reconciliations VAT and ongoing reporting Monthly financial statements and work leading up to annual financial statements Budgeting and follow-up Liquidity planning Preparation of financial reports and simple analyses Reporting and supporting information for the CEO and management Contact with auditors and other external parties Other finance administration You will have independent responsibility for your areas and are expected to plan and manage the ongoing work independently. For the right person, this position can over time develop into a finance manager role. Who Are We Looking For? You have experience in finance and accounting and are used to working independently. You don't need to know everything on day one. We value just as much that you are curious, responsible, and want to develop together with the business. We believe you: Have experience with ongoing bookkeeping and accounting Have an understanding of financial statements and financial follow-up Are thorough and organized Take responsibility and drive your tasks forward Have good computer skills and knowledge of Excel Find it easy to learn new systems Enjoy working close to the operations and the people in it Experience from industry, trade, or logistics is a merit. If you have worked in the business system Pyramid, it is a merit, but not a requirement.
