As part of our continued growth journey, we are now seeking a Finance and Process Developer who wants to help us develop the finance function of the future together with us. Implementation of a new business system has been completed, and the focus is now on further developing processes and working methods. We therefore offer a role where you have the opportunity to combine qualified accounting with operational development and be an important part of creating conditions for the Group's continued success. Responsibilities We offer you a broad and developmental role where you, in close collaboration with the Group's Finance Director, contribute to developing the finance department's strategic and operational work based on the business operations and the finance department's processes. With your accounting expertise as a foundation, you identify improvement opportunities and drive the development of processes, system support, and procedures to create increased quality, efficiency, and business value. Your responsibilities will include: Responsibility for monitoring ongoing accounting together with the rest of the accounting team Analysis and preparation of monthly and annual financial statements in close collaboration with the Finance Director Preparation of annual reports for the Group and legal entities Income tax and VAT declarations Support and serve as a sounding board for other work groups in the department based on your expertise in accounting, taxation, and system understanding Contact with authorities and external parties such as the Tax Agency, The Companies Registration Office, etc. The role offers great variation, where accounting, analysis, operational understanding, and development work go hand in hand. You will also be an important resource in connection with future projects, such as integration, business processes, and potential acquisitions, where the finance department has a central role in creating efficient and sustainable structures. This is a new position within the Group, which gives you a unique opportunity to shape the role based on the business's needs and your strengths. Profile We are looking for someone with an academic degree in finance/accounting combined with several years of experience in qualified accounting work. You have a solid foundation in accounting and financial statements but are also driven by the desire to develop processes, working methods, and system support. To succeed in this role, we believe you have: Solid knowledge of accounting according to K3 as well as experience with financial statements, annual reports, VAT and tax matters Experience with financial analysis, monitoring, and reporting Interest in digitalization and experience in developing processes, working methods, and business systems Very good Excel skills and good understanding of business systems; previous experience with M3 is a merit Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written We place great emphasis on your personal qualities and are looking for someone who is self-directed and takes responsibility with a natural drive to improve and develop.
