We are now looking for a social and engaged economist for a temporary position with our great finance team in Norrköping, starting immediately and extending until the beginning of 2028.
Here you will have an important role in our P2P process and work closely with both the business, suppliers, and the procurement department. Together with an engaged team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to daily finance work and help develop our ways of working.
What does the role entail? In this role, you will primarily work with the P2P process, that is the flow from procurement to payment, as well as with accounts payable. You will be an important support in daily work and have many contact points both within and outside Swedavia.
Your work tasks include among other things:
Ongoing work within accounts payable
Follow up and handle issues related to procurement and payments
Maintain contact with the business, suppliers, and the procurement department
Handle and follow up deviations in the P2P flow
Work with other common finance tasks
Contribute to ensuring that our ways of working and processes function efficiently
You work closely with your colleagues in the finance team and have close collaboration with the business. Since the role involves many contact points, it is important that you enjoy helping out, solving issues, and finding ways forward together with others.

Further, you have:
High school education in economics or other education deemed equivalent, or alternatively relevant work experience in finance
Good computer skills and ease in learning new systems and ways of working
Very good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
Good knowledge of English in speech and writing, since you have contact with suppliers and handle certain documents in English
It is a merit if you have:
Experience with the P2P process and/or accounts payable
Experience with IFS or another major business system
