Independent key role close to the business - without people management responsibilities
Would you like a central role where you really make a difference - and where you work close to the operations, decisions and business? We are now looking for an engaged and self-driven accountant/controller at Montex AB who wants to take full responsibility for the finances in a growing company.
About the role
This is an independent specialist role without people management responsibilities, where you are solely responsible for the finance function at Montex AB. You will get a broad mandate and become an important part of the business by working close to the CEO as well as the procurement and sales functions.
You are expected to take ownership of the entire financial process and contribute with analysis, structure and business support.
Your main responsibilities
Ongoing accounting and monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
Budgets, forecasts and monitoring
Analysis of profitability, costs and key figures
Responsible for reporting of taxes and fees
Reporting to CEO and group
Liquidity planning
Development and optimization of financial processes
Support to the business in business decisions
Certain administration related to HR, payroll and environment
We are looking for someone who
Has post-secondary education in accounting/finance
Has several years of experience as an accountant or controller
Enjoying working independently with full responsibility
Is structured, analytical and solution-oriented
Has good system skills and very good knowledge of Excel
Communicates fluently in Swedish
You are a person who likes to be in control, sees opportunities for improvement and wants to work close to the business - not just with the numbers, but also with the business behind them.
Meriting factors
Experience from manufacturing industry
Experience with Monitor G5 or similar business systems
Experience with group reporting
Knowledge in both accounting and controlling
