Experience working as an economist/accountant. • College or University degree in economics or related field. • Experience in financial management of an organization, accounting, or project financial management. • Knowledge of accounting, tax, and grant regulations (both public and foundation providers). • Experience managing a small team is a plus. • Excellent proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, data manipulation, advanced functions). • Knowledge of WinFAS software or willingness to learn it quickly. • Attention to detail, systematic approach, responsibility, ability to make independent decisions. • Desire to contribute to the organization's development and internal process improvements.
