JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Do you want to contribute to safer business practices and stronger protection against economic crime? We are now looking for an additional Economic Crime Specialist who wants to help develop Bolagsverket's crime prevention efforts.
With us, you will have the opportunity to work alongside other government agencies and societal actors, providing knowledge and strategies that prevent crime.
Our crime prevention department is in a development phase where you can help shape structures, work methods, and roles in important and exciting development work.
You will be part of the unit responsible for analysis and collaboration in Bolagsverket's crime prevention work at both strategic and tactical levels. The unit drives and participates in inter-agency assignments, government assignments, and internal development initiatives to strengthen the agency's crime prevention capacity.
As an Economic Crime Specialist, you will
• collaborate with other government agencies to develop common methods, work approaches, and regulatory application in the crime prevention area
• participate in and lead external collaboration assignments with government agencies and other actors
• participate in and drive government assignments assigned to Bolagsverket and contribute to government assignments led by other agencies
• participate in and coordinate internal assignments to develop Bolagsverket's crime prevention work, monitor status, and drive the work forward together with other units and departments
• work with operational development through investigations and analyses that strengthen Bolagsverket's work against economic crime
You will be part of a group with diverse specialist expertise where ideas and experiences are shared. You will have the opportunity to work with engaged colleagues to prevent and combat economic crime while having good opportunities for your own development.
Bolagsverket offers several health-promoting activities and the opportunity to work remotely to some extent based on operational needs. We are located in modern facilities centrally by the harbor in Sundsvall and can also offer a workplace centrally in Stockholm.
QUALIFICATIONS
For us, it is important that you are the right person for the right position. We are looking for someone who works in a structured manner and plans their work thoughtfully. You have strong analytical skills and can see connections in complex information. You feel confident in collaborations and in situations where you need to make professional assessments. You are also curious and have an aptitude for learning new knowledge and adapting to changed circumstances both within the agency and in society.
In this role, you also need to have
• an academic degree in law, economics, or another field relevant to the position
and have experience with
• investigations and/or intelligence work within economic crime
• mapping of economic and financial activities
• analyzing, structuring, and compiling large amounts of information
• external collaboration with government agencies, organizations, and the business sector
• systematic risk management
• leading assignments or projects
You must also have good knowledge of Swedish and English and the ability to communicate clearly, pedagogically, and in a way appropriate to your target audience, both orally and in writing, as well as Swedish citizenship.
We consider it a merit if you also have experience with
• working with changed legal requirements and legal assessments
• agile work methods
