We expect: secondary level professional education or basic education; professional experience in a field corresponding to the position of more than one year; basic knowledge and practical skills in plumbing, electrical work, and interior maintenance; knowledge of the state language (minimum A level, grade 2); Category B driver's license; eID card for performing job duties. Job responsibilities: to know the locations of engineering system shutoff points and perform shutoffs in emergency situations; to control access to and departure from the real property and objects contained within it; to provide support to employees of other structural units; to operate vehicles; to conduct monthly water consumption accounting by reading the readings of each installed meter.
