Riga Imanta Secondary School is hiring a BUILDING DUTY OFFICER Responsibilities: - Inspect the technical condition of the educational institution's equipment (lighting in the vestibule, vestibule doors, fire safety system, video surveillance system, school bell system, etc.) and work equipment condition (technical inventory, communication devices, documentation needed for work, etc.). - Monitor the video surveillance system and immediately report any violations observed to the Institution's management. - During duty shifts, observe the territory adjacent to the school building with the aim of monitoring property preservation. - Greet Institution students, employees, and students' parents daily, answer questions, and help resolve any problems that arise within the scope of possibilities. Issue office keys against signature to institution employees. - Maintain and ensure order in common areas, monitor gym usage (after classes in the gym, check order in locker rooms and restrooms, collect keys, record entries in the key handover log). - Monitor the Fire Safety System in accordance with Low Voltage Equipment usage and safety technical instructions; in emergency situations, act in accordance with established procedures. - Perform minor cleaning work in the immediate work area. Work hours: weekdays from 15:00 to 19:00.
