Building Attendant

Kuldīgas Municipality, Reg. No. 90000035590, announces a competition for a vacant Building Attendant position at Skrundas Primary School for an indefinite period. Main job duties: Inspect the technical condition of the educational institution's facilities (lighting in the vestibule, doors in the vestibule, fire safety system, central notification system, video surveillance system, school bell system, etc.) and equipment condition (technical inventory, communication devices, work-related documentation, etc.). Monitor the video surveillance system and immediately report any violations observed to the institution's management. During duty hours, monitor school premises and adjacent territory to ensure property preservation. Greet the institution's students, employees, legal representatives of students, and guests on a daily basis. Issue work office keys to institution employees. Maintain and ensure order in common areas, control use of the sports hall (check order in changing rooms and restrooms after classes). Monitor the fire safety system, central notification system, and building ventilation system in accordance with safety instructions; in emergency situations, act according to established procedures. Perform minor cleaning tasks in the work area. Requirements for candidates: At least secondary education. High sense of responsibility in performing work duties. Responsible and careful attitude toward ensuring technical system operation. Good communication and cooperation skills. Ability to learn new technologies and software.
