Job Responsibilities As an E-Commerce Manager, you will be responsible for driving the strategic development of our working methods, templates and processes regarding the Swedish Maritime Administration's e-commerce, and for implementing, leading, coordinating and developing e-commerce. Your closest colleagues will be E-Commerce Coordinators and E-Commerce Administrators in the section. Your work will involve close collaboration with these roles, but you are also expected to work independently in IFS, the case management system Easit and DevOps, and to manage emerging operational issues and questions from the business. You will be responsible for prioritizing your tasks in consultation with the procurement unit and administration to meet overarching development goals and to conduct regular follow-ups within the procurement process in our systems and take appropriate action. You need to be active in improvement work and implement agreed development activities. In your work, you will collaborate cross-functionally with systems administration, key personnel in the business, and external actors. You will also be in contact with employees within the Swedish Maritime Administration, for example in user support and the development of instructional materials. In your role, you will also be responsible for training and informing users of new or changed working methods. Who Are You? To succeed in the role of E-Commerce Manager, you as an applicant have: post-secondary education with a focus on economics, procurement or IT, or relevant work experience that the employer deems relevant several years of experience working with e-commerce and its methods/processes experience working in case management systems ability to work effectively with IT tools and programs, such as the MS Office suite experience in compiling and conducting training sessions and meetings with multiple stakeholders very good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written It is advantageous if you have: experience working with the ERP system IFS, the case management system EasIt and DevOps, and in particular the management and development of IFS Cloud experience working at a state authority knowledge of public procurement legislation (LOU) and other relevant legislation We place great emphasis on personal qualities.
