E-Commerce, Customer Service Representative, First Line

About Us Hill Ceramic is an established e-commerce company operating in Sweden and Denmark. We sell tiles, ceramics, bathroom products, and interior furnishings to both private customers and business clients. A growing part of our customer base consists of project customers and architects. We are in an exciting expansion phase and recently moved to new modern facilities in Malmö with a customer center and warehouse under one roof. Our work environment is relaxed, unpretentious, and collaboration-focused. About the Role As a customer service representative, you are an important part of our team and are responsible for providing quick, clear, and professional assistance to our customers in Sweden, Denmark, and other EU countries. You work primarily via email and phone and use our case management system Freshdesk as well as our custom-developed e-commerce platform. Your Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone Assist customers with questions about products, orders, deliveries, and complaints Register and follow up on cases in Freshdesk Collaborate with colleagues in warehouse, sales, and support to resolve customer issues smoothly We Are Looking for Someone Who: Has at least 1 year of experience in first line customer service Is service-oriented, communicative, and solution-focused Has good computer skills and can easily learn new systems Speaks and writes Swedish and English fluently.
