Section of E-Health, Regional Management Office, Region Jönköping County We are now looking for you to help shape the further development of Cosmic into a good healthcare information system that ensures good healthcare documentation and simple, efficient working methods. The role of E-Health Developer Together with other e-health developers and e-health strategists, you will work with managing and developing various digital healthcare information systems for healthcare and residents. You will be part of team 3, which among other things has main responsibility for Cosmic's overall functions, Resource Planning, Referrals, BoS, data input and output, healthcare administration, and Messenger. The work involves managing existing modules in Cosmic, implementing new features, and also developing new digital systems that will facilitate the work of healthcare staff. A large part of the position involves working with data output, that is, extracting, processing, and quality-assuring information and statistics from Cosmic, Insight, and Diver to meet operational needs. This may include preparing reports and analyses for operations, management, and other decision-makers, defining requirements for new reports, and providing support to users on matters related to data and follow-up. The role also includes work tasks such as: - Development, management, and support of modules in Cosmic, including Insight. - Update and create new manuals and procedure descriptions for users - Prepare information and training materials, conduct information and training sessions - Investigate and prepare various types of decision-making materials. - Conduct and approve testing of new functionality ahead of upgrades and implementation of new modules - Serve as the section's resource in various decided projects for new modules and functions - Lead or participate in assignments related to modules and functions We will further develop the description of the work content together with you if you are offered the position, based on your experience, knowledge, and areas of interest. The E-Health Section works with operations-oriented development and management of healthcare information systems such as Cosmic, Resident Services on 1177.se, and certain region-wide IT support in healthcare. Today we are 30 committed employees distributed in four teams, two Development Leaders, and three e-health strategists. The work is focused on creating conditions for good and secure healthcare information management for three target groups: healthcare staff, residents, and decision-makers. The section is part of the Public Health and Healthcare Department at the Regional Management Office, whose main task is to provide guidance and support to the region's healthcare and medical services. We work closely with IT Center's technical management groups for Cosmic and eHealth, where we investigate operational needs and prepare materials that IT Center then implements and configures in the systems. Your profile We see that you have relevant education in healthcare and have worked in healthcare for several years. You are or have been a user of the Cosmic medical record system, have experience leading or participating in change and/or investigation work in some form. It is meritious to have experience with reports, follow-up, or analysis, which requires good knowledge of Office packages, primarily Excel. You are a person who enjoys varied and flexible work where you take personal responsibility and initiative and make correct assessments and prioritizations. You need to be driven to develop work tasks together in a team but also be comfortable working independently. To thrive in the work, you also need to have a good ability to structure your work efficiently, have problem-solving analytical skills, and a holistic perspective. The work requires good Swedish in speaking and writing. We place great importance on personal suitability. A driver's license is required as travel to operations is part of the position.
