The company builds local presence for global brands across multiple markets, with the Nordic region as its base and growing business in areas such as Benelux and France.
Now RLVNT is seeking an E-Commerce Specialist who wants to take broad, operational responsibility for the company's e-commerce. This role is perfect for you if you enjoy combining technology, content, analytics, and sales.
About the Role
As an E-Commerce Specialist, you will be an important part of RLVNT's marketing and e-commerce team. You will work closely with the E-Commerce Manager and other colleagues in marketing and sales, with a focus on managing, developing, and optimizing the company's e-commerce for multiple brands and markets.
RLVNT currently operates a number of sites, primarily in Shopify, with a focus on B2C and DTC. Your main task will be to take responsibility for the daily e-commerce environment, drive improvements, and ensure that ideas translate into actual sales. This means you will
• manage and update RLVNT's e-commerce sites in Shopify
• improve content, campaigns, product pages, and landing pages
• identify actions that strengthen traffic, conversion, and sales
• contribute to better customer journey, structure, and digital brand exposure
• support launches of new products, brands, and markets
• connect digital activities to business impact
• set requirements for external partners
• use data, AI, and new working methods to develop e-commerce
During your first time in the role, much will involve getting familiar with existing sites and ongoing work, so you can then drive improvements.
Your Background
You have experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, CMS, web administration, or similar. You don't need to be a developer, but you need to be technically comfortable, curious, and unafraid of troubleshooting, testing, and learning new systems.
You have likely worked hands-on in an e-commerce platform and understand how content, traffic, campaigns, conversion, and customer experience connect. We also believe you have an interest in business and how traffic, conversion, sales, margin, logistics, customer journey, and brand experience are interconnected.
As a person, you are positive, humble, unpretentious, and action-oriented. You thrive in a flat organization where people help where needed, take responsibility, and drive things forward. We're looking for someone who prefers to test, learn, and adjust rather than wait for perfect conditions.
