Here you have a unique opportunity to help continue developing the future digital archive in close collaboration between archivists and developers. We are now seeking e-archivists to work with our digital archive built on open source, Roda. Your work with the digital archive is important for the agency's ability to meet today's and tomorrow's challenges in managing digital business information. You will be part of the group of archivists working with digital archiving and part of the digital archive team together with the IT department. As an archivist at Försäkringskassan, you will belong to the Department of Business Support, Information Management and Archival Law, which leads strategic work in the entire information management field. You will become part of a work group consisting of approximately 20 archivists. Much of the work is conducted in collaboration with one or more colleagues and with the business units. As an archivist, you handle classified information, which requires high standards for proper handling. Therefore, it is important that you have a strong security awareness. We are looking for you who have a degree from university in a relevant field, with at least 40 hp/60 hp in archival science including a C thesis, or equivalent competence acquired through several years of work experience in similar work corresponding to at least 3 years of university education have very good analytical ability and a structured working approach are action-oriented and can plan and drive your own work quickly grasp new tasks have good ability to express yourself both orally and in writing work independently while being good at collaboration and building good relationships. It is advantageous if you have experience working with requirements for digital archives have experience planning and implementing deliveries to digital archives have experience with archival matters in a large organization have knowledge of database modeling, SQL, and XML.
