The Opportunity As a Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM Consultant at EY, you will become a key person in transformation projects where business, technology, and strategy meet. Here you won't just work with implementation – you'll help define how our customers should work in the future. The role involves acting as a central link between operations and IT, where you contribute insights on how technology can create business value and improve ways of working. Responsibilities You will work on projects focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and contribute to several parts of the delivery, for example: Lead workshops that shape future business processes and decision-making materials Analyze needs and develop improvement proposals Design and configure solutions that create increased efficiency and business value Define requirements for integrations and customizations in complex system landscapes Collaborate with colleagues in areas such as change management, IT, and business development Take an active role in developing our Dynamics 365 offering Participate in presales and help build on our strong offering Skills and characteristics for success Qualifications: At least 2 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance and/or SCM) Experience with business processes and operational understanding Experience working in projects Good communication skills in Swedish and English Meritorious: Experience with end-to-end implementations of business systems Background in finance/accounting or supply chain Experience from a consulting role Experience with integration solutions or technical configurations As a person, you are: Curious and want to continuously develop your expertise Solution-oriented and analytical in your approach Relationship-building and enjoy collaborating with others Structured and comfortable taking responsibility What we offer you At EY, you will have the opportunity to develop in a stimulating and flexible environment with a focus on learning and collaboration.
