I live in Sundbyberg and work as a social worker (curator) in healthcare. My great passion is gardening, and I spend much time at my allotment garden. I also have an interest in crafts. You will assist me both at work, during leisure activities, and when I'm at home. Due to a muscular disease, I use personal assistance around the clock. I'm now looking for an assistant who can work 24-hour shifts (07–07), totaling six days per month including night on-call duty. The available schedule is as follows: Tuesday Sunday Friday Tuesday Monday Saturday I'm looking for someone who is attentive, confident, and comfortable being a background person. We are a small team, and it's important that you have a strong work ethic and are flexible when needed. Many of my assistants combine working for me with artistic pursuits or self-employment. I prefer that you are a woman and roughly my age. For transfers, I use a manual transfer technique that you will learn during your orientation. However, it's important that you are in reasonably good physical condition from the start. The position is 72% of full-time. Aberia is the employer for my assistants, and the collective agreement is through Vårdföretagarna. The employment form is "fixed-term as long as the assignment lasts."
