JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a systems administrator, you play a central role in ensuring that our systems function effectively and develop in line with business needs. You work closely with business experts, information owners, and development teams, serving as an important link between the business and IT. The role involves significant independent responsibility where you independently drive and coordinate management and development issues within your system areas. You work with requirements analysis, testing, system administration, and support, and are responsible for developing and following up on system management plans. The work also includes identifying improvement opportunities, participating in prioritization of initiatives, and contributing to the development of processes and working methods. You have many contact points and collaborate continuously with both business and development teams to find solutions that create value. An important part of the role is also to plan, lead, and facilitate workshops where you capture needs, drive dialogue, and create alignment between different stakeholders. You are also responsible for managing master data and configuring system functions and settings based on business needs. When needed, you also participate in projects and investigations where you contribute with structure, commitment, and a solution-oriented approach. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who have relevant higher education in IT or equivalent work experience. Through studies, internships, or work, you have gained experience with requirements work, support, configuration of master data in software development, and testing work. As a person, you are driven, engaged, and self-motivated. You learn new tasks easily, are open to change, and enjoy working in a developing organization. You are social, communicative, and have strong teamwork abilities. Since the role involves many contact points, it is important that you enjoy working in teams and contribute to a positive and professional collaborative climate.
