Driven Sales / Marketing Coordinator

We are a small, entrepreneurial company with offices, showroom, and retail store in central Stockholm. We are now looking for a sales and marketing-oriented person who wants to take active responsibility for increasing our sales, strengthening our brands, and developing relationships with our resellers. About the Role This is a role for you who enjoys creating results. You will work closely with our customers and be an important driving force behind both sales and marketing activities. Your mission is to increase the visibility of our brands, create more business opportunities, and help our resellers sell more. You work toward clear goals and KPIs where sales, customer development, campaign results, and business growth are in focus. Your Main Responsibilities Sales and Customer Development Actively develop existing and new customers through warm and cold outreach Identify business opportunities and increase sales with our resellers Train customers on our products and help them succeed better in their sales Follow up on activities and ensure that efforts lead to concrete results Marketing and Brand Development Plan and execute campaigns that drive sales Create content for web, newsletters, and social media Work with advertising, SEO/SEM, and digital visibility Analyze campaign results and translate insights into improved activities Develop sales materials and marketing support for our customers Projects and Events Drive marketing projects from idea to implementation Plan trade shows, customer events, and product launches Support showroom and retail store operations as needed We are Looking for You Have documented experience in B2B sales and customer development Thrive working toward set goals and KPIs Are business-driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented Have experience with digital marketing and social media Understand how marketing can be used to create sales Are experienced in analyzing results and making data-driven decisions Speak and write Swedish fluently without limitations Have experience with AI tools, Canva, Adobe, Meta Business Suite, GA4, and Microsoft 365 Have experience with ERP systems, preferably Odoo What We Offer A key role in a growing company The opportunity to influence and see the results of your work Short distance from idea to decision Great freedom under responsibility A committed team with a relaxed atmosphere Central office in Stockholm Welcome!
