About the Role
As project manager, you have overall responsibility from project start to completion. You drive projects strategically and ensure that everything is delivered according to objectives.
You will, among other things:
- Have full responsibility for budget, forecast, and results
- Lead site managers and project teams
- Ensure quality, schedule, and work environment
- Be the main contact with the client
- Participate in construction meetings and steering committees
- Work with ÄTA, estimation, and bids as needed
This is a role for someone who wants to combine leadership, business, and production.
We are looking for you who:
- Have experience as a project manager or are a site manager today and ready to take the next step in your career
- Have strong financial understanding (P&L, forecasts)
- Are confident in contract law (AB04/ABT06)
- Have experience leading other managers
- Have a Class B driver's license
- Speak Swedish and English fluently
