About the Role This is a broad and operationally focused role for someone who wants to combine project administration with coordination, problem-solving, and practical support. As a project administrator, you will support the project management and PMO in daily operations. You function as a connector and contribute to structure, efficiency, and good conditions for the organization. The role involves many contact points and significant personal responsibility to drive administrative and practical work from need to solution. Key Responsibilities Support project management and PMO in daily operations. Manage ongoing project administration and documentation. Book and coordinate meetings, write meeting minutes, and follow up on activities. Coordinate information and tasks between different people and functions in the project. Support onboarding of new team members in the project organization. Handle and follow up on orders. Ensure smooth office operations by managing practical matters such as lunch, coffee, and other ongoing needs. Identify and flag problems and contribute to finding and implementing solutions. Follow up on activities and ensure that agreed-upon tasks are completed. Contribute to structure, coordination, and smooth information flow in the project organization. We're Looking for You With Qualifications At least one year of experience in project administration, project coordination, or a similar administrative role. Strong administrative and organizational skills. Ability to create structure, plan, and follow up on activities. Good systems and IT proficiency. Ability to communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing. Availability to work on-site in Katrineholm daily. Merit Factors Experience supporting project management or other coordinating functions. Experience from Data Center projects, construction, installation, technology, or other project-intensive operations. We're looking for someone with high energy and strong drive. Compensation: Fixed monthly salary Over time, occasional day trips to Västerås and Eskilstuna may occur—depending on project needs.
