About the Role As a site manager, you will be responsible for ROT projects in Gothenburg and surrounding areas. The role involves: Project Management: drive construction projects through all phases – from planning to completion. Leadership: lead, support, and develop skilled workers and subcontractors. Quality & Economics: ensure that projects are delivered with high quality, on budget and on schedule. Customer Relations: build and develop long-term relationships with customers and partners. Who Are You? We are looking for someone who has: Documented experience as a site manager in construction. Solid experience with ROT projects. Ability to combine operational work on the construction site with an overall perspective on project progress. Leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and drive your team.
