Enthusiastic and Service-Oriented B&B and Conference Operations Staff Member Needed

We are seeking a new team member with experience in the service industry, hotels, bed & breakfast, and conference operations. The role is varied, and you will have overall responsibility for bookings, responding to inquiries via email/phone, and handling payments and invoicing. The role also involves preparing for conferences, assisting our guests, and performing basic cleaning tasks and maintaining order in our facilities in connection with various events. The position also includes a specific responsibility as coordinator for the school's summer course activities, which are under development. We are looking for you if you: Have documented experience with and find it easy to handle and switch between different booking systems. Can create attractive packages based on season and work actively with pricing. Have an eye for digital marketing with an interest in producing simple text and images for social media. Can work independently but are also a communicative team player, as collaboration with the school's kitchen, cleaning department, and facilities team is an important part of the work. Are responsible, flexible, thorough, and unpretentious. About Us Nordiska Folkhögskolan is a folk high school that since 1947 has welcomed participants from the Nordic region and around the world to Kungälv. The school is located in a scenic and historic setting and offers adult education focused on culture and qualifying subjects. The school has approximately 200 students and 40 staff members. The school also operates a residential facility and extensive conference operations with B&B. We have a large and modern kitchen with a dedicated and international team. Our dining hall seats 150 people, where we serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner most days of the week.
