Would you like to take the next step in your accounting career, in a role where you can combine qualified accounting expertise with business acumen, change management, and real impact? Götessons Design Group is in a growth phase with several acquisitions behind it and currently consists of 32 companies in the Nordic region and Europe. We are now seeking an Accounting Manager at group level with a focus on the group's project companies – a role for you who thrive in an international environment and are attracted to combining accounting with the development of processes, systems, and working methods. About the Role As Accounting Manager, you will become part of the group's finance function and work closely with the group's CFO while reporting to the Group Accounting Manager. You will be responsible for accounting for the group's project companies, both Swedish and European, in an operation characterized by growth, acquisitions, and change. Your placement will be at the subsidiary Norco Interior in Halmstad, where you will play an important role in the continued development of the recently implemented business system Microsoft Dynamics 365. The role involves a combination of operational responsibility and a broader group perspective. You will work with everything from financial statements and annual reports to liquidity and internal financing. At the same time, you will have an important role in developing working methods, strengthening internal controls, and streamlining processes as the group continues to grow. Areas of Responsibility • Ensure that accounting is correct and functions efficiently for the group's project companies • Prepare monthly and annual financial statements and annual reports for 5 of the group's companies • Manage intra-group flows such as liquidity, internal loans, and cash management • Coordinate and ensure quality of reporting from international companies and external partners • Work with group accounting, follow-up of revenue recognition, and reporting according to IFRS • Contribute to the development of processes, system support, and internal controls, including in Microsoft D365 • Participate in analysis and follow-up related to financial reporting Suitable Background You have an academic degree in business administration or economics, preferably with a focus on accounting or finance, and have several years of experience in qualified accounting work. You have a good understanding of accounting as a whole and feel confident in financial statement work, annual reports, and the application of relevant regulations. Experience from project-based operations and knowledge of revenue recognition are highly meriting, as is experience with group structures and IFRS. If you have worked in Microsoft Dynamics 365, we consider it an added advantage. Experience from auditing is meriting, especially if you have subsequently worked in business and had the opportunity to take greater responsibility for accounting, financial statements, and financial reporting. You have very good Excel skills and master Swedish and English in both speech and writing. You combine structure and thoroughness with drive, business acumen, and curiosity. You thrive in a changing environment where you can take responsibility, drive improvements, and be part of developing the business forward. What We Offer Götessons Design Group offers a role in a growing and entrepreneurial group with strong confidence in the future. Here you will become part of an organization with short decision-making paths, great commitment, and a warm corporate culture where many thrive and stay for a long time. You will have the opportunity to work broadly within accounting in an international context – and at the same time be part of influencing both working methods and development forward in a group that continues to grow.
