Driven Group Leader Evening/Night Shift

Learn more about us at www.apcoa.se As a Group Leader at APCOA in Region North, you will be a key person in our operations. You will be based at our office in Kista. You will lead a team of parking attendants and ensure that work is performed efficiently and to high quality standards. The role is both practical and administrative – you are the link between employees and regional management. Your Responsibilities Lead and coach parking attendants in daily operations. Ensure that routines and quality requirements are followed. Plan and distribute work tasks. Handle technical issues related to parking systems and equipment. Contribute to the development of operations and processes. Report to the Site Manager and collaborate with other group leaders. We Are Looking for You Have a genuine interest and desire to develop in this area. Are organized, communicative, and have a strong ability to motivate others. Have experience in leadership or work supervision. Are solution-oriented and comfortable with varying work schedules. Speak and write fluent Swedish and have good English proficiency.
