Description We are now looking for you, a positive and driven certified preschool teacher who wants to be part of developing education at Kastellegårdens Preschool in Ytterby. We have chosen these areas because they are highlighted more clearly in the revised preschool curriculum and form the foundation for other learning to take place: The preschool's work with movement and health is very important for children's development, learning, and well-being. By offering daily opportunities for movement and creating health-promoting environments, we lay the foundation for good habits, increased quality of life, and a lifelong interest in health and physical activity. The preschool's work with language development is crucial because language is the key to learning, participation, relationships, and future educational success. Through conscious and systematic language work, we create the best possible conditions for each child's development and learning. We also work municipally with the importance of play for children's learning. Job Responsibilities As a preschool teacher, you work as part of a team and are responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating teaching and education. You take responsibility for your work, are proactive, and have good structure in your daily routine. You are driven by challenges, thinking new thoughts, and developing, and you thrive in an environment where you together reflect, collaborate, and constantly improve the activities. Through your working approach, you contribute to a positive work environment and create a safe and inspiring everyday for the children. You have a natural way of communicating and build good relationships with children, guardians, and colleagues alike. Systematic work environment efforts are one of the cornerstones of the preschool where everyone is expected to be active. Qualifications We are looking for someone with a preschool teacher certification and previous experience working in preschool. You also need to have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. You are positive and flexible and see collaboration with colleagues as important in your role, and you are resourceful and can see solutions instead of obstacles. In your pedagogical role, you can work both independently and in a team, you are responsible and can take your own initiative, and you have good structure in your work. You enjoy being challenged, thinking new thoughts, discussing, reflecting, and developing together with your colleagues. You collaborate for a good work environment. You create safety and have an easy way of communicating with children, guardians, and colleagues. Great emphasis will be placed on personal qualities. Interviews take place on an ongoing basis.
