Driven Business Analyst – Assortment & Purchasing

Do you want to work close to the business in an area spanning the entire value chain – from assortment strategy and purchasing to pricing, campaign management and regulatory compliance? As a Business Analyst, you are the link between business and IT and work on initiatives spanning assortment, purchasing, pricing and regulations. You will help drive business-critical development within one of Jula's core areas. Your daily work is characterized by leading analyses, pre-studies and prioritizations, and identifying needs, drivers and improvement opportunities in close collaboration with the business. You structure and quality assure requirements, are responsible for the requirement picture and solution direction in projects, and identify dependencies and synergies between different parts of the organization. The role involves close collaboration with IT, Solution Architects and adjacent areas such as Logistics and Marketing & Digital Sales, where you work both strategically and operatively on initiatives that often impact multiple companies, for example within ERP and purchasing solutions. What should be in your CV? You have several years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role and are used to working at the intersection of business and IT. You have a strong ability to drive analysis and requirement work in complex environments, are comfortable facilitating workshops and managing different stakeholders, and have an understanding of business processes within assortment, purchasing, pricing or supply chain. Experience from retail or e-commerce is considered a merit. Who are you? Good to know The position is full-time, with an initial 6-month probationary period. The place of work is at our head office in Skara. Jula has a collective agreement with Unionen for salaried employees. As we are in the holiday season, we have an extra long application period and interviews will begin in mid-August.
