Warehouse Supervisor
We are now seeking an experienced and driven supervisor for the warehouse department at our client – an well-established manufacturing company 25 minutes outside Värnamo.
About the Position
As a supervisor, you will have a key role in ensuring an efficient and well-organized warehouse operation. You will be responsible for leading and developing the team and ensuring that all processes run smoothly. The position involves working permanent day shifts.
Responsibilities
Lead and distribute work within the warehouse department
Personnel responsibilities including scheduling, monitoring, and developing employees
Ensure efficient logistics flows and warehouse management
Collaborate with other departments to optimize operations
Monitor key metrics and drive continuous improvements
Responsible for order, safety, and work environment in the warehouse
We Are Looking for You
Have documented experience in warehouse and logistics
Have experience with personnel responsibility and enjoy leading others
Are structured, responsible, and have strong organizational skills
Have good communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written
Are solution-oriented and able to make decisions in a dynamic environment
Have a forklift license and a B driver's license
