Warehouse Supervisor
We are now seeking an experienced and driven supervisor for the warehouse department of our client – an well-established manufacturing company 30 minutes outside of Växjö.
About the Position
As a supervisor, you will have a key role in ensuring efficient and well-organized warehouse operations. You will be responsible for leading and developing the team and ensuring that all processes run smoothly. The position involves permanent day shift work.
Responsibilities
Lead and allocate work within the warehouse department
Personnel responsibility including scheduling, monitoring, and employee development
Ensure efficient logistics flows and inventory management
Collaborate with other departments to optimize operations
Monitor key performance indicators and drive continuous improvements
Responsible for order, safety, and work environment in the warehouse
We are Looking for You
Have documented experience in warehousing and logistics
Have experience with personnel responsibility and enjoy leading others
Are structured, responsible, and have good organizational skills
Have good communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written
Are solution-oriented and can make decisions in a dynamic environment
Have a forklift license and a category B driver's license
