In your role as a personal assistant, you will primarily help the client with everything that arises in daily life and with basic needs. Each assistance arrangement is uniquely tailored to the client's life, so work tasks may vary depending on the workplace. To thrive as a personal assistant, it is important that there is good personal chemistry between you as the assistant and the client and his family. For this position, you must have: previous experience in care and support, a pedagogical education, or have previously worked with people who have a muscle disease. good knowledge of Swedish in comprehension, speech, and writing the client prefers a female assistant a driver's license (Class B) since you will be driving the client's specially adapted car. You also need access to your own car to easily get to the workplace. For this position, it is advantageous if you: have experience with similar work can swim good physical fitness and active share the client's interests and fun activities! The client likes swimming, meeting friends, and going to the stable to ride, so it would be a great plus if you share these interests. Great weight will be placed on personal suitability. Working Hours, Employment Level, and Salary The current employment form is "For the duration of the assistance assignment" with a start at approximately 20% employment level. Beyond the scheduled working hours, there are significant opportunities for additional shifts and expanded employment. Current working hours are between 14:00–21:00 (some flexibility available).
