As an operations technician, you will work broadly and in diverse ways within property-related services in a dynamic environment. Your work tasks as an operations technician include: Perform regular rounds, troubleshooting, and corrective measures within complex technical building systems in hospital operations. Ensure that fault reports are completed in a timely manner with the right resources/expertise Participate in establishing and monitoring maintenance plans and improvement suggestions Conduct risk assessments in the work environment and provide suggestions for development Perform project-based work beyond the agreement, technical support in projects. Be customer-focused and maintain a professional good customer relationship. Who are you? You are a confident and social person who contributes to a good atmosphere in the team and has positive and responsive communication with colleagues, customers, and subcontractors. You work in a structured and thorough manner. We are looking for someone who has: Education in property/operations technology or equivalent experience At least 5 years of experience with technical building systems. Driver's license (category B) Good computer and system skills Swedish language proficiency Good understanding of English It is a merit if you have: Work experience in operations technology within hospitals.
