We are now seeking a self-motivated and relationship-building facilities technician for one of our property management clients. The position is based in the southern part of Stockholm where you will work on-site. As a facilities technician, you will be part of an existing team of seven people responsible for daily property management operations. Together, we go the extra mile and invest great personal commitment in our delivery to achieve the best possible service. Your main responsibilities as a facilities technician include: Conduct regular rounds, inspections, and maintenance of properties with a proactive approach. Ensure that fault reports are handled on time and with the appropriate expertise/knowledge. Management of control and regulation systems. Responsibility for energy optimization in your area. Communication with subcontractors and Coor's own personnel, both verbally and in writing. Be customer-focused and maintain a professional business relationship with clients. Who are you? You are a confident and social person who contributes to good team spirit and communicate positively and attentively with colleagues, clients, and subcontractors. You work in a structured and thorough manner. We are looking for someone who has: Worked as an electrician and/or tradesperson 2-year vocational training or equivalent Experience with electrical systems, control and regulation systems, ventilation and cooling, plumbing installations Driver's license category B Good computer and system skills Strong verbal and written Swedish language proficiency It is an advantage if you have: Training in scissor lift operation, fall protection certification, forklift certification, hot work certification, facility maintenance technician certification, or other relevant areas We offer secure and safe working conditions A warm and welcoming work culture.
