As an operations technician, you will work broadly and variedly within property-related services in a dynamic environment. You will be part of a team with good collaboration between different competencies in a supportive, pleasant, and inclusive work culture. Your tasks as an operations technician include: Perform regular rounds, inspections, and maintenance of properties Ensure that fault reports are carried out on time and with the right resources/expertise Communicate with subcontractors and Coor's own staff, verbally and in writing Participate in the establishment and follow-up of maintenance plans and improvement suggestions Conduct risk assessments in the work environment and provide development suggestions Perform task-based work beyond the agreement Be customer-focused and maintain good business relationships Who are you? You are a confident and social person who contributes to good team spirit and has positive and responsive communication with colleagues, customers, and subcontractors. You work in a structured and thorough manner.
