As a facilities technician at Frescati, you'll have a technical generalist role where you, together with 3 other technicians, share responsibility for our properties—ranging from lecture halls to modern laboratories. You are the customer's first point of contact for facilities issues, responsible for ensuring a good customer experience in daily operations. The area includes both new facilities with cutting-edge technical installations regarding technical standards, innovation, and sustainability, as well as buildings built over a century ago where our work to develop and improve energy efficiency is important.

Responsibilities
In your role, you are responsible for operation and maintenance of assigned buildings and assist in establishing and implementing maintenance plans.
You handle fault reports, tenant services, and building and grounds inspections.
In this role, you meet both customers and tenants daily and actively contribute to good customer communication.
You work closely with others on the team such as technicians, specialists, and property managers to create value and efficiency together.
You are based at Frescati and report to the Group Leader of Facilities Technical & Service.
Qualifications

You plan your work independently and enjoy finding solutions through the analysis you conduct as well as by sharing experience with your colleagues and customers.
Substantial experience in facilities management and a strong interest in facilities and technology
Technical or facilities-focused education from upper secondary school with supplementary training from vocational college or equivalent
Knowledge of technical installations for: electrical systems and lighting, ventilation, HVAC systems, control and regulation technology, energy and climate issues
Strong ability to express yourself in Swedish
Good computer skills
B-class driver's license is a requirement
