The Role As a facilities technician, you'll be an important part of the daily operations at KLP Fastigheter. Together with your colleagues, you'll ensure that the properties function as they should and that tenants receive good service and are satisfied. You'll work with supervision, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting of technical installations. You'll gradually take on greater responsibility for parts of the operations. The role involves both practical work with rounds and fault rectification as well as contact with tenants and contractors. KLP is a smaller organization in Sweden, which means you'll have close contact with colleagues and opportunities to develop. You'll be part of a team where people help each other and where there's an opportunity to gain insight into multiple areas of the business. In this role, you'll, among other things: · Be involved in and take responsibility for the daily operations and supervision of your properties · Work with maintenance and basic upkeep of technical installations · Handle and respond to fault reports · Have ongoing contact with tenants and contribute to a high level of service · Perform minor procurement and invoice management · Work with the properties' control and monitoring systems · Follow up on contractors' work · Contribute to KLP's work on energy optimization, sustainability, and quality · Participate in systematic fire safety work Who Are You? We believe you have some years of experience from the real estate industry, or other practical technical background. You don't need to know everything from the start – what's most important is that you have a strong interest in technology and a desire to develop within property management. You're someone who enjoys taking responsibility and likes solving problems when they arise. At the same time, you're thorough and see the value of working proactively. Since the role involves a lot of contact with KLP tenants, it's important that you're service-oriented, communicative, and professional in your interactions.
