We are now seeking a dedicated operations technician in property management who wants to help ensure that our customers' buildings function optimally – every day. Here you will work closely with both technology and people while contributing to safe, secure, and energy-efficient property operations. The position requires security clearance and you will be working with customers in the Stockholm area.
About the role
As an operations technician, you are responsible for the daily operations of the properties' technical systems. You monitor installations and equipment including:
Heating
Ventilation
Cooling
Electricity
You work with both planned maintenance and emergency interventions when problems occur. The role involves quickly troubleshooting, resolving operational disruptions, and ensuring that the building's functions operate safely and efficiently. You maintain regular contact with tenants and users, and work closely with property managers, contractors, and other technicians. The role suits you if you want to work flexibly and thrive in an environment where technology meets service.

Your background
Have relevant technical education, for example in operations technology or property management
Are technically curious and enjoy practical work
Are solution-oriented and confident in making quick decisions
Have good service skills and enjoy working with people
Work structurally and have the ability to see the big picture in property operations
The position is security-classified and you will undergo a security vetting before employment.
