Job Responsibilities Do you want to become an important part of Region Dalarna as an Operations Technician? We are now expanding our organization with a technician specializing in Fire Safety. As a technician, you will work in a broad role in facility technology, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance of facility technical installations including ventilation, cooling, heating, fire protection, electrical systems, backup power, and more. You will primarily work with the care and maintenance of Region Dalarna's facilities within the Falun Hospital operations area. The work group currently consists of just over 20 employees - they are a cheerful group with a good mix of men and women. You will have the support of other operations technicians, specialists, and process owners working within facility management. On-call duty is included in the position. Qualifications To work as an operations technician in facility management in Falun, you must: have experience in or be trained in operations technology, or have training that the employer deems equivalent have a driver's license with at least category B authorization (manual transmission) speak and write Swedish fluently have a home address in the local area (approximately 30 minutes by car for on-call duty) Meritorious qualifications for the position include: experience with fire safety maintenance work experience working with control systems such as Siemens or Schneider experience in facility maintenance and service experience/training in electrical work good computer skills previous experience with on-call work previous experience working closely with suppliers and customers As a person, you should have good collaboration skills and be able to work both in teams and independently.
