As an operations technician at Caverion, you become an important part of our team responsible for operation, supervision, maintenance, and upkeep of the entire property portfolio at Saab in Solna strand. The property is modern and newly built with high technical standards, which gives you the opportunity to work with advanced installations and systems.
You will be part of a small team where collaboration, helpfulness, and lack of pretense are a natural part of everyday life. Here we work closely together and collectively ensure that the facilities function optimally for our customer.
On-call duty may be part of the position.
The role includes:
- Operation, supervision, and optimization of HVAC systems
- Troubleshooting and corrective maintenance
- Planned preventive maintenance
- Energy optimization and improvement work
- Contact with customers, contractors, and suppliers
- Documentation and reporting in our systems
- Participation in minor projects and technical improvement measures

Your background
- Have experience as an operations technician, HVAC technician, or equivalent
- Have strong expertise in HVAC and control of ventilation systems
- Have understanding of property technical systems and operational issues
- Have experience with refrigeration or cooling technical systems, which is a merit
- Have good computer skills and experience with operational and monitoring systems
As a person you are responsible, solution-oriented, and service-minded. You are comfortable working both independently and together with others, and you appreciate being part of a cohesive team where everyone contributes to the whole.
The position requires that you undergo and are approved according to current regulations for security clearance. For positions where Saab has security classification requirements, this may, where applicable, entail requirements for certain citizenship.
