Your Role You will be part of the Efficiency and Services unit, which is part of the Customer-Facing Facilities department within the Heat and Cooling business area. Within the unit, we are responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance of customer central stations for district heating and district cooling, as well as the Group's energy service agreements. As an operations technician with us, your tasks will include: - Working with service, troubleshooting, and optimization of heating, ventilation, and cooling systems. - Handling alarms for the main control and regulation systems in residential and commercial properties. - Performing corrective maintenance on the properties' technical systems and installations. - Assisting customers with energy optimization. - Serving as a connecting link between the customer and Göteborg Energi's facilities management. On-call duty is part of the position when you are ready and self-sufficient. Your Team The Installation unit consists of 14 employees and is led by Almir Halilovic. We should be proactive and constantly look for opportunities to prevent problems and create long-term value for the customer. Your Qualifications We are looking for someone trained as an operations technician, preferably with supplementary electrical training or someone who has acquired equivalent competence through solid practical experience. A Class B driver's license is a requirement for this position. In your role as an operations technician, you will meet our customers and internal partners daily. You have good communication skills, are receptive, but also clear when needed. The nature of the tasks requires you to be well-organized and quality-conscious. You are self-sufficient and take responsibility for your work. You enjoy working with others and have good collaboration skills.
