We are now seeking an operations technician specializing in ventilation for an assignment at a large industrial facility in Sandviken where you will work with technology, energy efficiency, and development of the facility's ventilation systems. About the Position As an operations technician specializing in ventilation, you will work at a large industrial facility in Sandviken where you are responsible for operations, service, and maintenance of ventilation systems. The role is varied and combines practical work with troubleshooting, optimization, and improvement initiatives. Your responsibilities include: Service and maintenance of ventilation systems Troubleshooting and repair of ventilation systems and control equipment Measurement, commissioning, and optimization of ventilation systems Energy optimization and improvement work Handling of fault reports and planned maintenance Participation in maintenance and development projects You will be an important part of the team ensuring reliable and energy-efficient operations. About You Formal Competence We are looking for someone with education in facility management, operations, or ventilation technology, or equivalent work experience. You have experience in ventilation service, installation, or operations and are accustomed to working independently with troubleshooting and maintenance. You have: Experience as an operations technician, ventilation technician, or similar Good knowledge of ventilation systems Understanding of facility technical systems Good computer skills Driver's license (Category B) Good Swedish language skills and understanding of English Merits It is a merit if you have experience in OVK-related work, energy optimization, building automation, or refrigeration technology. Certificates in Hot Work, fall protection, scissor lift, or forklift are also viewed positively. As a person, you are service-oriented, responsible, and solution-focused.
