Job Responsibilities As an operations technician, you will monitor, control, optimize operations, and maintain all production units. The facility consists of two combined heat and power boilers fired with waste, a hot water boiler fired with waste, a CFB boiler fired with wood chips, peat and bark, as well as biofuel boilers used during operational shutdowns. The position includes preventive maintenance, rounds, and corrective maintenance of the heating facility and our external control centers. Tasks may include welding, hydraulics, pump renovation, and mechanical maintenance of traverses, gearboxes, and conveyors. You will work with the control system 800xA and the maintenance system IDUS. The position involves shift work and may include on-call duties. Qualifications We are looking for someone with education at least at upper secondary level, preferably with a focus on industrial technology, energy, or equivalent education. We value knowledge gained from similar production facilities. We would appreciate experience in control and regulation technology, electrical systems, and computerized operational monitoring. Working as an operations technician requires precision and a sense of responsibility for operating the facility in an environmentally and operationally economical manner. You hold a Class B driver's license. Personal Qualities We are looking for someone who has the ability to create a positive atmosphere around you.
