About the Position
On behalf of our client, we are now seeking an Operations Manager for their tire shop in Gothenburg. As Operations Manager, you are responsible for the daily operations of the workshop and ensuring that work flows efficiently, with high service and quality. You will be an important part of leading and supporting the team during an intensive season.
This position is a seasonal employment starting as soon as possible and ending December 31, 2026.
Work Hours:
Weekdays 08:00–17:00
Saturdays may occur during peak season

Responsibilities
In the role of Operations Manager, you are responsible for daily operations and supervising the team. Your main tasks are to:
Manage the daily operations of the tire workshop and ensure that work flows efficiently.
Supervise and support the workshop team in their daily work.
Plan and allocate daily tasks based on bookings, customer needs, and workshop capacity.
Maintain ongoing customer contact and provide professional service before, during, and after workshop visits.
Receive customers and handle inquiries, bookings, and any problems that arise.
Ensure that work is performed efficiently and to high quality standards.
Follow up on daily work and reprioritize when circumstances change.
Be a central contact person in the workshop and contribute to good workflow during peak season.
Handle administrative tasks related to daily operations.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who...
Has experience with customer contact and service
Has experience in a workshop environment
Has experience in a tire shop (preferred)
Is confident in taking responsibility for daily operations
Is organized, solution-oriented, and stress-resistant
Enjoys working operatively and as part of a team
Has good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written

Salary: Individual salary determination (Union Collective Agreement)
