We are now seeking a committed employee for the operations team within waste and recycling in Bräcke Municipality. About the Position As operations staff, you will have a varied workday with multiple different tasks. You will become part of our team staffing the municipality's recycling centers. Your main responsibility is to help our customers by informing and guiding them on how to sort waste properly. You will also be responsible for maintaining and servicing our facilities, where work with a loader is a central part of daily operations. The role also includes digital reporting and some invoicing. Another area of responsibility is the maintenance of recycling stations throughout Bräcke Municipality. You ensure that they are clean, well-organized, snow-cleared, and treated for ice for our visitors. When needed, you may also support our facilities in Berg Municipality. Other work tasks include: Construction and repairs, such as erecting fences and container stands. Service and maintenance of collection points and waste containers. Pickup of bulky waste, such as refrigerators and freezers, from private individuals who need help transporting these to the recycling center. You handle physically demanding tasks and are practically inclined with a solution-focused mindset.
