JOB DUTIES We are now looking for two operations managers for southern Stockholm! Maybe you work in a grocery store today and want to take the next step in your career? In this role, you will take greater responsibility for personnel, combined with your own work in the stores. Freedom with responsibility characterizes this position well. This is a great opportunity for you who have some retail experience, have worked in a leadership role before, are organized, driven, and enjoy working in the grocery retail trade. The position is a permanent employment at 100%, starting in early July. The district covers southern Stockholm and we would prefer someone who lives nearby. A collective agreement with Handelsanställdas förbund exists. YOUR MAIN WORK DUTIES INCLUDE... • Scheduling personnel in the district • Contact with local and central customers • Your own work in stores, including picking goods • Major responsibility for the district WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO... • Are a good planner • Have good local knowledge of grocery retail in your district • Are organized • Have previous experience from the grocery retail sector • Enjoy having customer and personnel contact • Like high pace and quick decisions • Are service-oriented • Are social • Have a manual driver's license and access to a car QUALIFICATIONS Retail experience (experience working in grocery stores) Experience working with personnel responsibility Manual transmission B-driver's license Access to your own car Salary form: Monthly salary.
