What does the role involve? As a facility manager, you are the hub of daily operations. You lead, coach, and support your team – both in everyday work and in development. You ensure everything runs smoothly, that customers feel secure, and that our service meets the highest standards. The role is varied, dynamic, and perfect for someone who likes to be both strategic and hands-on, as you will also partially work as a facilities cleaner. Your responsibilities include: Create smart staffing solutions that make daily operations efficient and smooth Inspire, guide, and be close to your team members in their daily work Follow up and develop quality with customers Build strong, long-term relationships with both customers and colleagues Identify new business opportunities by understanding customer needs Drive improvements and contribute ideas that develop the entire operation Handle introduction and training of new employees You work 50% in operations as a facilities cleaner, so you need to enjoy and appreciate the variety in the work At Coor, you get a job where you both lead and do – where you can have an impact, grow, and be part of a team that truly cares.
