This role involves responsibility for the shift's key performance indicators with focus on delivery, work environment, planning, and staffing. What does the role entail? As operations manager, you will develop and motivate the employees in your work group of approximately 20 people. You report to the distribution operations manager, and your responsibilities include: Responsibility for the department/shift's KPIs, planning, staffing, work environment, and training. You have personnel responsibility and lead continuous workplace meetings, handle work environment issues, conduct employee conversations, manage union relations, and work methodically and efficiently with rehabilitation matters. Create clarity, establish and develop routines and structures so that the shift/department and Pågen reach set goals. Ensure that the shift, together with other departments, maintains the bakery's high standards for quality and hygiene. In your work, you act in accordance with the company's goals, values, and principles. Who are you? Your qualifications We would like you to have experience in similar management positions within manufacturing or warehouse/logistics where quality is prioritized. Experience in food production or grocery retail is a merit. You are proficient in expressing yourself in speech and writing in both Swedish and English.
