Then this could be the right opportunity for you! About the Position We are seeking an Operations Coordinator for our client with placement in Ulvsunda. This is an important and coordinating role where you become a central point of contact between private customers, internal functions, and the technicians who perform the work. You will work with incoming requests from private customers. Reception handles the customer's initial contact and forwards the information to you. You are then responsible for understanding the problem, following up with the customer, and assessing how the case should be handled. Cases may involve, for example, sewer blockages, broken or cracked pipes, renovations where water needs to be shut off, or the need to dispatch plumbers/HVAC technicians or technicians with cameras for inspection. You will therefore need to have a basic understanding of HVAC and water/wastewater systems to ask the right questions, understand the customer's problem, and ensure that the correct action is taken. The role is largely administrative and coordinating, but with a clear technical focus. You need to be able to make assessments, prioritize between different types of cases, and at the same time keep the customer in focus. You will primarily work in the systems Cityworks and Artwise, along with an additional system. The role also involves invoicing private customers, so an understanding of finance and good IT skills are advantageous. There are three different areas/roles within the function that employees rotate between week by week. The role is complex and requires you to quickly adapt to the organization's working methods and make well-founded priorities. Your Responsibilities: Receive and follow up on incoming customer requests Contact the customer to confirm that the request has been received and create a clear picture of the problem Assess and prioritize requests based on priority levels 1–3 Determine what type of action is required Coordinate, for example, plumbers, HVAC technicians, or camera inspections Handle requests related to, for example, sewer blockages, pipe damage, and water shutoffs Document and follow up on requests in Cityworks, Artwise, and other IT systems Maintain ongoing contact with private customers via phone and in writing Handle invoicing to private customers Collaborate with the operations and maintenance organization Prioritize and structure work when multiple requests come in simultaneously Contribute to ensuring that customers receive the right help in the right place at the right time About You We are looking for someone who is pragmatic, thorough, and solution-oriented and who enjoys taking responsibility. You need to have good communication skills with people and at the same time be able to make technical assessments and prioritize when the situation requires it. Since the role involves many parallel cases, it is important that you are organized, structured, and good at prioritizing. You also need to be confident in making decisions and comfortable taking responsibility for your assessments. We would like you to have experience from the water/wastewater industry and operations and maintenance work, but above all, we are looking for the right person for a long-term solution. Required Qualifications 3-year upper secondary education At least 3 years of experience from the water/wastewater industry At least 3 years of experience in operations and maintenance work At least 3 years of experience with customer contact via phone and in writing Good IT and computer skills Experience with GIS/geographical management maps Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written Basic HVAC competence and understanding of water/wastewater-related issues Desirable Qualifications Experience with invoicing Experience in finance and customer billing Experience with Cityworks and/or Artwise Experience from a coordinating or administrative role in water/wastewater Technical or engineering-oriented education Other Information Placement: Ulvsunda, Stockholm Working Hours: Monday–Thursday 07:30–16:00, Friday 07:30–15:30 Scope: Full-time Assignment: 24 months or longer Start: Immediate Workplace: 100% office-based Number of Positions: 2 people, with one person initially starting for training Since the role is complex and training occurs one person at a time, we are looking for someone interested in a long-term opportunity and who wants to become an important part of the operations.
